Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
jolibet does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. jolibet is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment providers.

jolibet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jolibet platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jolibet account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jolibet does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. jolibet will use reasonable endeavours to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
jolibet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time and without prior notice if jolibet reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order.
Upon termination of your account for any reason, jolibet will return any remaining real-money balance in your account (net of any amounts owed to jolibet) to you via your registered payment method, subject to the satisfactory completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
You may close your jolibet account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable betting rules.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
